Maybe its time to vote for people who wish to Ban the EPA.
The EPA is the cause of millions of jobs leaving America sending us into this recession. Its time to take the power out of the hands of elitist politicians and put it where it belongs in the hands of states. Let 50 states determine their own Environmental laws for each state has its own ecology and uniqueness which should be regulated by local officials, not people like Nancy Pelosi, Obama or Reid and their EPA.
The EPA is an extreme threat to the American way of life. They are slowly deciding rules on their own without the vote, debate or approval or disapproval of congress. The NY Times reported in 2009

EPA
Department of Education
Department of Agriculture
Once these have been accomplished, the other departments should be reviewed and fixed or shut down as needed.
