Mexican Drug Lord El Chapo is planning to drop Anchor in the USA,


it makes one woder... if AnchorBaby advocates are right, the 14th AMENDMENT states that it is NOT upto congress to grant citizenship to illiegals, it is up to illigal immigrants to grant citizenship to illegals by being in the United States Illegally.
That sounds awful convoluted..
