 Migrants from the Middle East are fleeing to Europe for safety and protection from the viscious and violent group calling themselves ISIS, President Obama refers to them as a JuniorVarsity army .  This is causing major problems with the Infrastructure in the nation of Hungary (see video).  Hungary's Neighbor Austria is having similar issues with traffic on some highways reported to be upto 18Miles long!
