Senator Max Baucus Drunk / Intoxicated on Senate Floor - Shouts Down Wicker

Our elected officials in Washington DC have no concern about decency and they no longer respect the office they hold. This is clear by Senator Max Baucus's behavior on the senate floor. It's a shame that there is no legal controlling authority which can reprimand and punish or expel people like Max Baucus. Try doing this at your job! Government is powerful and irresponsible with our lives and our safety, it is time Americans demanded powers be stripped away from people like Max Baucus and Nancy Pelosi.
